2. Returns & Exchanges
Overview
Your satisfaction matters to us. However, because lingerie and intimate apparel are personal products,
certain items may be subject to hygiene-related return restrictions.
Eligible Returns
Subject to applicable law and the exclusions below, eligible items may be returned within
2 days of delivery if they are unworn and unused, unwashed, in original condition,
with all original tags attached, and returned with original packaging.
Hygiene Restrictions
For hygiene reasons, panties, briefs and other intimate garments that have been worn,
tried on without appropriate protective barriers, washed, soiled, damaged after delivery,
or had hygiene seals removed may not be eligible for return or exchange,
except where the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us within
1-2 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Eligible exchanges are subject to stock availability.
